A&S Construction, Inc. was founded by Al Willis in ‘96. Al brings twenty-one years of experience in Healthcare construction and maintenance to his team at A&S Construction, Inc. Mr. Willis has held a Florida General Contractrs License for eleven years. Prior to that time he served as Project Manager for five years at a major Healthcare Provider in the Tampa Bay region where he was responsible for an annual construction budget of over $20 million. During that time, Mr. Willis oversaw virtually every type of healthcare-related facility and construction project including but not limited to renovations, new additions, expansions, and retrofits. Mr. Willis also acted in the capacity of construction superintendent for five years.
