Trilogy Cancer Center
The tenant will be Gulfcoast Cancer Center, which now has offices in St. Petersburg, Largo and Safety Harbor. The 23,000-square-foot center will have 40 employees. It also will have a positron emission tomography and computerized tomography — or PET/CT — machine that allows doctors to pinpoint the location of cancer and a linear accelerator used for radiation.
Construction cost: $4.5 million.
